Hope + Help + Healing

Hope + Help + Healing is a retreat for Black women.  The experience is specifically designed to support your emotional, mental, spiritual and physical wellness.  Spend a relaxing 3 days and 2 nights on a journey to open understanding to create a life that fulfills your intentions for how you exist.  

Together we will travel through history with exercises that confirm who you are understanding the remarkable contributions Black women have gifted this world and the amazing impact of those gifts. Our time also includes an examination of current socio-cultural conditions that  influence daily living, personal and professional pursuits infused with strategies to successfully navigate the challenges.  Eliminating distractions opens opportunity for reflection and innovative thinking.

Importantly, this is a space that encourages sharing and caring in a calm, relaxing and rejuvenating environment. You will enjoy several self care processes features organic elements you can use to continue your wellness regime at home.  Additionally, there is ample time to benefit from the amenities this haven offers.
